Set up your iPhone or iPad for work
This adds a work profile so you can use email, Teams, and other company apps. It takes about five minutes.
- Tap Start setup. Safari downloads a settings profile. If asked, tap Allow.
- Open the Settings app, tap Profile Downloaded near the top, then tap Install. Do this within a few minutes, or the download expires.
- Wait for Microsoft Authenticator to install on its own, then open Teams and sign in with your work account.

Set up your Android phone for work
This creates a separate work profile, so company apps and data stay apart from your personal ones. It takes about five minutes.
- Tap Get Company Portal and install it from the Play Store.
- Open Company Portal and sign in with your work account.
- Follow the prompts to set up your work profile. Work apps appear with a small briefcase icon.
